THE APARTEMENTS
OF CASA SICILIA

Our completely refurbished holiday apartments are located in a picturesque lane in the old fishing area, just above the port. A flight of steps leads down to the sea so there is no transit traffic.
It is approx. 5 minutes on foot to the fishing port.
Each apartement is about 45 square meters.

Description of apartements
CRISTINA and LENA

	Access to these two apartments is from the outside via the communal staircase. LIVING ROOM Living room: the living room is equipped with a kitchenette with a gas cooker, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dining table with four chairs, a comfortable sofa/pull-out bed, a TV and hi-fi with CD player (only apartement CRISTINA). Air conditioning or a heater can be supplied for the living room on request (EUR 5 per day extra). BEDROOM Bedroom: double bed with wardrobe. A cot is available on request for families with infants. BATHROOM Bathroom: the bathroom has a bathtub in addition to the standard fittings of washbasin, WC and bidet. There is also a hairdryer. BALCONY Balcony: these two apartments have a balcony with a side ocean view down to the port. The balcony can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living room (new double-glazed window panes in door). Apartment Cristina is located on the 2nd floor. Apartment Lena is located on the 1st floor. Air conditioning or a heater can be supplied for the living room on request (EUR 5 per day extra). A cot is available on request for families with infants.

Description of apartement SARA

	This is the largest flat in the house and is on the ground floor. Access to this apartment from outside leads straight into the living room or also via the communal staircase. As this apartment is on the ground floor it always has a pleasant temperature, making air conditioning in summer and heating in winter superfluous. LIVING ROOM The living room is equipped with a kitchenette with a gas cooker, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dining table with four chairs, a comfortable sofa/pull-out bed and a TV. The SARA apartment is on the ground floor. BEDROOM Bedroom: double bed with wardrobe. A baby’s cot is available on request for families with infants. BATHROOM The bathroom has a shower in addition to the standard fittings of washbasin, WC and bidet. There is also a hairdryer.
