Advance payment
and payment of balance:
An advance payment of 20% of the total amount is due after receipt of the
booking form and must be paid within 10 days (this sum is to be deducted from
the total price). The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival at the latest.
Cancellation:
The following cancellation fees will fall due should you wish to cancel your
booking: A) 20% of the total price in the case of cancellation up to 90 days
before arrival date. B) 50% of the total price in the case of cancellation
up to 60 days before arrival date or failure to arrive.
Security deposit:
A security deposit amounting to EUR 50 has to be paid before moving into the
apartment booked.
